![]() There is the TV Tropes wiki, full of reasonable though rather basic advice on writing for pop media in general. There is a site called Gamasutra, with plenty of links to other interesting places. I spent a week or perhaps longer, on wandering from one website to another, devouring the wisdom of the Knowing. I was trying to imagine the structure of my game in advance, before I dive into feverish typing and make a Gordian knot of the whole affair. ![]() Once I had a concept, I was impatient to start, but a little shy about it, as well. So I am back with you, my dear potential readers, and I can continue the epic of my struggle with my first game. On top of everything else, whole last week I was dying from a hellish flu. I have been a maniac of the Greek Antique practically since my childhood, so I could not skip this opportunity. Laurent Boulevard and thanks to that I could see "Antigone" for free. I also spent one really cool evening volunteering for the MainLine Theatre on St. Besides, I am volunteering for three Montreal festivals coming soon: FolkFest sur le Canal, in my neighbourhood, the cult Fringe Festival and the literature festival Blue Metropolis. I am now working part-time for an art gallery and we have an exhibition coming up soon, so there was some hassle with this. I cannot ignore all the interesting things that fall my way, even if I do try to be serious and curb my natural enthusiasm a little bit. I got a little distracted by my numerous side quests, and it's not entirely my fault.
